Employer’s Agent
As the industry has evolved PPP has been providing Employers Agent services for over 30 years. Our services are quality Assured via our ISO 9001 accreditation. We have a dedicated team delivering these services often receiving repeat business from satisfied clients. We operate a bespoke defects reporting system thus given our clients and end-users best practice.
Site inspection
Our Site inspection team are from a construction background and are therefore able to aid clients by examining site operations and outputs and suggesting practical construction solutions. As part of this our inspectors undergo regular training to ensure they are familiar with legislation and product selection. This can then be put into good practice on site to elevate quality levels for our clients and end users resulting in defect free buildings.
Quantity Surveying
PPP began as a Quantity Surveying firm over 80 years ago! Today we continue to provide reliable and tested cost management advice to our clients from scheme inception on through feasibility and design stages through right through to final account agreement including both cash flow and claim analysis. We can provide added value services such as fire insurance assessments and lifetime costs.
Party Wall Surveyors
This service is delivered by in house Chartered Surveyors who are fully acquainted with the Party wall etc. Act 1996 legislation and its requirements but also with how best to arrive at agreed commercial solutions with neighbours thus allowing development to promptly proceed thereby avoiding costly disputes.
Building Surveying
Our department is staffed by a dedicated team with specialist skills, who strive hard to provide a wide range of services to our property-owning clients. These include condition surveys, defect tracking and resolution, fire compliance studies, Building Regulation review, extensions, repairs and maintenance with all given within prompt timescales with the best value possible for our Client
Principal Designers
Our aim at all times is to focus on the outcomes and impact of actions on CDM and Design matters. We have delivered the PD role extensively for a variety of clients, giving us the luxury to share past practices across industry sectors. Our team is aware of the need for a professional, fair and independent approach. It is our duty to approach all aspects of a project with tact and respect, representing the interests of all stakeholders.
