Philip Pank Partnership LLP is a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy providing a variety of services across London and the South East. Our services include Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Party Wall Surveying, Principal Designer, and Site Inspection services.
All of our surveying and technical staff have extensive experience of working with both the Public and Private Sectors in residential and mixed-use new build and refurbishment developments, We can also provide a specialist resource in forensic investigation and defects reporting and rectification works. In addition, we provide services to the commercial and media sectors principally associated with fitting out, re-stack, and refurbishment to office, studio, and associated spaces.
The technical knowledge needed to provide our first-class service comes from the experience of a stable workforce, a hands-on Partner approach, and a structured training programme covering areas such as industry developments, contractual matters, health and safety, and IT
The longevity in the service of our staff we believe is key to our success, currently with over 45% of staff members having been with us for more than 10 years and with a significant number having been with us for over 25 years. Investing in our staff is important and over the last decade, we have developed a successful training program for all our staff with many gaining academic and professional qualifications in their fields.
