Philip Pank have been working hard over the past few weeks so as to comply with Government guidance on COVID-19 and to maintain business continuity with the objective to safeguard the health of our employees and those they encounter, as well as maintaining our business function in the services we provide.

Although our offices are currently closed, we have utilised our resilient IT systems to enable full remote working and so continue the provision of our services, to communicate both internally and externally, principally via email and by telephone. Video conferencing and teleconferencing platforms are in use for meetings and group discussions.

We review daily all general guidance provided by the government as well as specific guidance for the construction industry, so that both our desktop and site circulating staff are fully informed as to the requirements they need to adhere to, in their working environment.

Partners’ meetings are held at least weekly via video link, to review the function and wellbeing of the staff and the operation of the business as a whole.
